It's inspo for you for your brand new website, and the motivation to keep going and making Copyfolio better week after week for our team. We're here with another monthly selection of our favorite sites made with Copyfolio that we found and loved in August 2025.

Alexa Lauren Advertising

Why we love it: simple, straightforward. Exactly what hiring managers with basically no time are looking for in an advertising portfolio. Having the gradient in the project thumbnails is a nice little bonus on top.

Arwen Jayne – Aspiring author & poet

Why we love it: we love Arwen's visual brand identity. The signature purple makes it memorable, and the simple, text-based thumbnail images help it stand out from other creative writing portfolios.

Makenzie George – Marketing strategist

Why we love it: Makenzie's portfolio is the right balance of concise and credible. She puts her three strongest projects right up top—all of which hide impressive case studies behind. And if that wasn't enough for credibility, she's added logos of her previous clients to the bottom to really drive the point home.

Janna Pek – Global marketer

Why we love it: the intro section right up top with the professional image next to it really sets the tone for Janna's site. Similarly to Makenzie, she knows she doesn't need a dozen projects to prove her worth, so she just outlined her areas of expertise and showcased her top two projects.

Brooke White – Online marketing manager

Why we love it: another distinct personal brand and cool project thumbnails, we love. Having screenshots for thumbnails is tricky, as they often end up looking... well, let's just say not the prettiest. But by adding this gradient background to each, Brooke sidestepped the problem and turned them really unique instead.

Did you know? All of these thumbnails were designed in Copyfolio.

For those who don't have time to (or simply don't want to) design project thumbnails in Canva or other design apps, Copyfolio has the best built-in solution.

With the built-in thumbnail designer, you can turn even the ugliest screenshots to sleek thumbnails. Add a background, maybe pop them into a mockup (think phone, laptop, browser)—or simply sidestep images and write a short title on it.

All on-brand, matching your brand colors and fonts automatically. What could be easier than that?
